ELARIS CHIROPRACTICChiropractic care for Burnham-on-Crouch
Elaris Chiropractic & Wellbeing Centre is at Orchard House on Colchester Road in Great Totham — through Maldon from Burnham-on-Crouch and out along the B1022, with free parking on site.
Stephen and Jo Davison have each practised for more than twenty-five years. Care starts with a full hands-on and neurological assessment, then a separate visit where we explain what we found and what can be done about it — before any treatment is recommended.
On the Crouch, a lot of back and shoulder strain comes from sailing and boat work — hauling, twisting and bracing on a moving deck — alongside the stiffness that builds with age. We assess how your spine and joints are coping with what you ask of them, and plan care around keeping you doing it.
What we treat
Lower back
Disc irritation, restricted joints and protective spasm — including the episodes that keep returning a few times a year.
Nerve
Pain into the buttock, thigh or calf, mapped with neurological testing before anything is treated.
Neck
Desk-driven stiffness, referred arm symptoms and frozen shoulder.
Head
Cervicogenic headaches arising from the upper neck, and migraine patterns the neck contributes to.
If your symptoms have persisted despite treatment, or have never been properly explained, the Elaris approach sets out how we work across the structural, neurological and emotional layers together.

★★★★★
“The knowledge and care they bring into the treatment space is deeply personal. I couldn’t recommend them more and have felt safe and heard in each of my appointments with them.”
